Colour: Dark red with orange shades
Nose: woody, mineral, spicey, fruity. Cinnamon, pepper, red fruit jam, coffee, plum, cherry
Palate: smooth with velvet tanins, very warm at the end. Drink with every preparation of game. It is a wine to mediate over that can also be enjoyed on its own.
